HIGH COAST SELF-GUIDED HIKING ADVENTURE
Download PDF Detail Document
The High Coast region has been placed on UNESCO's World heritage list and is Sweden's highest coastal area, with mountains plunging down into the sea. The irregular topography of the region, with lakes, inlets and flat hills up to 350 meters above sea level, has been shaped by glacial retreat and new land rising up from the sea. Each day offers varying terrain and beautiful views. Your luggage is transported for you to the next inn and you only carry a day pack with lunch and personal items. Enjoy a swim in a lake or in the ocean along the way and a warm shower in the evening.
