Sweden Winter Adventures

LAPLAND DOG SLEDDING ADVENTURE

Download PDF Detail Document

In the far north of Sweden, close to the Polar Circle, you find a winter wonderland with never ending expanses of wilderness. Although the days are dark for much of the winter, there’s light from a few hours of sun, the snow cover and the often star-filled and clear sky. The darkness of winter also brings out the natural phenomenon of northern lights which are an amazing sight. On a dog sledding adventure through the wilds of northern Sweden’s mountain plateaus, you have a sincere chance to come closer to nature and experience the real wilderness. Together with your new-found, four-legged friends, you get your own team of dogs and learn the art of dog sledding. Each departure varies in terms of experience and itinerary, so contact us for more details.
