Svenska Ekoturism Föreningen - The Swedish Ecotourism Association
The Swedish Ecotourism Association was created in Spring of 1996, to promote ecotourism in Sweden and internationally, and to promote an increase in environmental thinking in the travel industry. The association gathers tour operators, travelers, environmental protection agencies and other interests in one network.
The International Ecotourism Society 
Founded in 1990, TIES is the largest and oldest ecotourism organization in the world dedicated to generating and disseminating information about ecotourism. It currently has members in more than 70 countries.
Leave No Trace 
Svea Adventures is a proud partner of the Leave No Trace Center for Outdoor Ethics. We share in, practice and support Leave No Trace skills and ethics and believe in the stewardship of public lands. Join us in our work to Leave No Trace by following these seven, simple principles:

Swedish Society for Nature Conservation

Today the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation (SSNC) is the biggest nature conservation and environmental organisation in Sweden with 170 000 members and 274 local branches across the whole country. Their work on behalf of threatened species consists of spreading knowledge about environmental dangers and endangered species, suggesting solutions, and lobbying the government. They also work actively with protection of several threatened species and their specific habitats.
